AstraZeneca and Amgen drug Tezspire met the goals of a Phase 3 test in eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE), a chronic disorder whose only approved biologic therapy is Sanofi’s Dupixent. An approval for Tezspire in EoE would be its third indication, bolstering sales of the blockbuster product.
